Illustrated Quote

We all have quotes of song lyrics that inspire us. Think about an inspirational quote or song lyric and try to create your own visual for it. I would like you to find the quote first then in your sketchbook start to draw a few visuals that you think would represent that quote well. The reason I want you to hand draw these representational pictures is so you come up with the concept first instead of just picking the easy way out on Photoshop.

Below are a few examples of this project.

Create your own product

Create your very own eye catching product.
You are responsible for picking a product you want to create, toothpaste, soft drink, make up etc.....  one you have chosen think of the colors you should incorporate in your product design. Would you pick black, blue and red for a light smelling girls perfume? Probably not.

Naming this product might be difficult so stay simple, sweet and to the point.

Below are a few product we can recognize
Look at the SIMPLE designs used ( the more complex your design the worse it looks)

Look at the colors used, text and product name. Take all of this into account when creating your new product.
